All programs offered by FPCS are designed to maintain children at the lowest, least restrictive yet most appropriate level of care. The emphasis is on home - and community-based care as an alternative to the residential placement and treatment of children.
In line with the company’s stated mission to keep children within their communities, FPCS has developed a Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) program. Children are referred to the TFC program to address serious emotional, behavioral and medical problems. The program is active, structured, and occurs in a licensed foster family home.
TFC is a clinically- and cost-effective alternative to residential treatment that combines the treatment practices typically offered in more restrictive settings with a nurturing and individualized family environment. The program adopts a wraparound approach that includes the family in treatment planning and seeks to include therapeutic support services in the care of the child and family. These services include Behavior Interventions, Case Management, Independent Living Skills training and transportation assistance.
FPCS is led by numerous professionals with a wide range of professional backgrounds and experience. This diverse and highly committed staff will continue to serve children and families in their communities, and respond to newly identified community needs.
A to Z In-Home Tutoring (“A to Z”) offers tailored one-on-one tutoring in the comfort and convenience of the client’s home. Our programs eliminate the visibility and potential embarrassment of the traditional classroom and replace it with confidence through private, focused tutoring and mentoring. Individualized programs are tailored to the unique needs of each child through an innovative pre-testing system. Students quickly become eager learners and are willing to try harder in subject areas that have become a source of frustration.
A to Z was founded in Nashville, TN and hires local certified teachers and Associate’s degreed professionals throughout the United States to work with local kids. A to Z’s corporate offices are located in Brentwood, TN.

LogistiCare has been managing non-emergency medical (NEMT) and other social service transportation programs for government agencies and managed care organization (MCOs) since 1989. LogistiCare currently is the nation’s largest and most experienced manager of Medicaid NEMT programs for state governments and MCOs, providing over 17 million NEMT trips annually in 36 states and the District of Columbia. LogsitiCare has also managed other types of human service transportation programs such as ADA paratransit, school transportation, commercial ambulance, and elderly dial-a-ride services.
LogistiCare pioneered what is known as the “brokerage” model for delivering transportation services. Under the brokerage model, the funding entity outsources the management of their transportation benefit to a professional transportation management company, usually under a full-risk capitated financial arrangement. LogistiCare’s consistent record of cost saving and service quality has been instrumental in the increasing adoption of the NEMT broker model by state Medicaid agencies and MCOs throughout the country.
